» Burger King named Natalia Franco global chief marketing officer and executive vice president. She had been vice president, global marketing and innovation, for Coca-Cola Co.

» Carlos Fernandez-Guzman became CEO of Pacific National Bank Miami, filling a position that had been vacant for several months. Fernandez-Guzman was senior executive vice president of neighborhood banking at BankUnited.

» Arthur R. Levine replaced Mark S. Deutsch as CFO of Ivax Diagnostics. Levine had been the company’s vice president of finance.

» Distributor Southern Wine and Spirits of America promoted Steve Slater to the newly established position of executive vice president and general manager of its wine division. He had been vice president and general manager of the company’s Southern California division.

» Coral Gables Trust named Joseph Nader chief investment officer and John W. Harris chief wealth adviser.
